Mr. Swan has over 33 years of experience in the management and electrical engineering and design of numerous types of projects that include hospitals, laboratories, hotels, telephone central stations, commercial, military and government facilities. His Electrical engineering and design experience includes low and medium voltage power distribution systems; lighting, fire alarm and communication and signal systems. Mr. Swan has prepared numerous Master Plans and Utility Technical Studies for large hospitals, universities and military bases. He creates design concepts and solutions that are innovative, energy efficient and cost effective particularly on large electrical infrastructure and renovation projects and works closely with the Contractor and Owner during construction to assist with design interpretation and implementation.
