- Carry out cost management including forecasting, Update the monthly CVR, Cost, and commercial plans, and have accountability, along with the project team for the commercial performance and strategy.- Identify areas of budget concern (Material, Manpower, and Equipment) by tracking the actual productivity/ Consumption against the financial plan to highlight deviations and proposed corrective actions.- Preparation and submission of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) - from drawings and specifications. Maintains records and tracks Bill of Quantities and other measurements according to the approved technical drawings.- Measurement, Analysis, and Evaluation of the works following the conditions of the Contract.- Review invoices submitted by sub-contractors to issue payment certificates based on contract scope, additional works performed, and actual progress on site.- Cost Summary sheet preparation, which reflects a detailed overview of the cost incurred on various components during the project cycle.- Submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the client, which record work progress, manpower, and equipment status.- Coordinate with the project team to identify changes/variations in contract scope for preparation of Contract site instruction (CSI), and Carry over work (COW) and thus amend awarded contract value.

- Preparation and submission of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) - from drawings and specifications. Maintains records and tracks Bill of Quantities and other measurements according to the approved technical drawings.- Submitting invoices to clients by agreed-upon payment terms, reflecting the ongoing work progress and project milestones.- Preparation of subcontract agreements and In-House agreements according to company procedures.- Checking and verification of bills, Quantities/ Consumption values, utility rate class, and miscellaneous charges related to the company and certification of the same.- Scrutinizing and validating payment certificates to release payments based on invoices submitted by subcontractors.
