I have over 24 years experience in the transportation industry. I am new to my current role and new to the South. Ive spent the last 24 years building effective business relationships with both small and large businesses alike. I have strong communication and organizational skills that have been a big reason for my success with FedEx. I have expertise in various aspects of supply chain including Hub sortation and automation, last mile delivery all the way down to LTL. I focus heavily on building teams both large and small. I have been successful in engaging and inspiring my people to achieve the highest of levels. Working in an ever changing environment and implementing and managing change has become a part of my day to day responsibilities. Working in a corporation like FedEx I have learned the value of truly understanding cross-functional impact and managing remotely as I strive to continue to add value to the FedEx brand.
