My role in the Barry Johnson firm was of high pressure and high responsibility. I was an On-Course Representative accepted by the RBA and was able to solely represent Barry Johnson on racecourses across the UK. I worked at all high-end race meetings including; Royal Ascott, Cheltenham Festival, The Grand National and The Derby. This experience really helped me to conquer any fear of working under pressure. Thinking fast and acting accordingly is essential in this line of work, this soon became second nature to me and is now a skill in which I continuously apply.
