Outputs included the successful deployment of soldiers contributing to over 12,000 operational hours and maximising the ambulance fleet ensuring callout targets delivered. Key Achievements:● Design and implementation of an innovative soldier reporting tool allowing the tracking of worked hours and nature of jobs responded, streamlining existing processes linked to managing operations.o Earning excellence awards from the military commanders of Home Command and Regional Command Wales independently.● As the lead in a high paced, high profile and complex task, resourced, trained and deployed troops to have an operational effect in less than four days.● Worked swiftly and effectively to resolve complex cross-organisational procedural issues.

Directly contributing to the security of British Forces in Afghanistan.Key Achievements:● Risk analysis and supporting mitigations for the identification of low threat polling stations ahead of the Presidential Election in Kabul, Afghanistan.o Influenced key stakeholders.o Ensured the security of NGO employees wishing to attend the elections.● Developed, planned and implemented a tracking system for monitoring the specific movement of British forces in non-permissive, dangerous and complex environments.o The tool was supported by key senior stakeholders, and contributed to the safe movement of British forces in high-threat environments and the therefore business continuity of the work.● Responsible for the security and accountability for sensitive information and British assets with a value of several million pounds. Conducted risk analysis, and identified areas of weakness before applying measures to manage these risks.

Working as an Embedded Training Advisor for the NATO Mission Iraq. The role involved working in a close knit multinational team developing and advising armed forces training establishments. Secondary task as assistant Operations Officer assisting with the planning and coordination of large scale UK missions.

Dnipropetrovsk Region, Ukraine

Second in Command of 54 Officers and Soldiers deployed on a training mission in Ukraine as part of Op ORBITAL. Working as part of a multinational team, including British and Danish soldiers and officers, that trained over 300 members of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. My daily focus was planning, coordination and deconfliction of training assets and personnel; often through the use of interpreters.
