Tom has worked in the Banking and Finance industry for the past 28+ years. Within the Finance industry, had roles of: Division / Region Field Exam Manager, National Verification Manager, and Relationship Manager. Extensive experience with managing compliance within ABL and Commercial Banking. Experience includes managing a team of internal collateral examiners in performing field examinations of asset based loans for prospective and existing clients. I follow the established policy/procedures consistently and expect the same of my team. My entire South Region team follows the same processes on a consistent basis. I have excellent oversight in managing my region to ensure everyone is on the same path.
