I am interested in a health or social service sector career in which I could contribute specifically by integrating behavioral science principles, psychology/gerontology knowledge, and systems thinking into operational improvements or policy planning.I have more than a decade of experience involving the formulation, development, and execution of work processes in Logistics, Community Services, and Research organizations: Logistics: In SingPost, my employment roles spanned from front end customer servicing, to back end operations facilitation, to being a crucial member of a small project team which designed and developed in-house electronic systems and process solutions for logistics and e-commerce business needs. Community Services: In People’s Association, I was staff-in-charge of a Resident Committee comprising more than 30 active volunteers who provided more than 40 monthly courses and interest groups to their grassroot community.
