- Produce, maintain and implement the project schedule by monitoring daily performance, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, resolving on-site issues and identifying potential impacts.- Review and monitor the project budget by approving expenditures, preparing monthly cost projection reports and analyzing payment methods for each contract item.- Coordinate and manage field operations including self-perform and subcontracted work to ensure work is completed under budget and on schedule.- Negotiate change orders with project stakeholders.- Maintain and enforce a safe and clean working environment per the company’s mandated work site procedures, rules and regulation.
