Asia Manufacturing Cost Process Mapping and Convergence2. Asia Intercompany Process Mapping and Convergence 3. Country Field Finance Process Mapping and Convergence for China, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia4. Process Improvement in Inventory Management laying out RACI and Process Mapping5. China Vendor Invoices Project Improvement that focus on optimize cycle time and consolidation of scanning centers and resource demand planning

Primary responsibilities include analysis of costs for Global Operations, Corporate departments, working with corporate functional managers to drive productivity initiatives, develop improved reporting tools to help improve business understanding of global overhead costs, participation in annual planning process and ad hoc analysis to support new initiatives. Works with Global Corporate Decision Support (CDS) to drive alignment in processes in the region and identify opportunities to streamline and eliminate duplication in the delivery of support to the Region Functional Heads (Global and Regional).Corporate departments include IT, Finance, Customer Engagement, Technology, Law, Procurement, Communications, HR, Corporate Development Office and EHS.Work with Global CDS and tax department on maintaining legal entity service charging model to ensure compliance with local tax jurisdiction.Support Joint Venture entities in the region acting as the controller representing in the interest of the company ensuring compliance of internal control, performance review, operating budget, accounting GAAP reviewTo support EAR preparation and review related to functional capital expenditure that include IT, Finance, GBSS, Technology, Law, Procurement (including Real Estate decisions), Communications, HR and EHSProductivity Improvement Projects• Review productivity plans and analyze results after execution relative to forecasting and meeting business commitments.• Provide financial analysis guidance to determine financial benefits of the projects- Ad hoc Operational Analysis of Functional and Region Overheads• Analyze performance trends and performance versus operating plan.• Assist Management team in developing key performance measures• Help identify opportunities for cost control and process Improvement
