Overall responsibility for whole fleet vessels management, including technical superintendent management, purchasing and marine/safety, crewing as well as new building project and ensure they fulfill Pacific Gas Objectives and Overall Company Policy.

Daily follow up with customers, brokers and charterers,Voyage instructions to Masters, Agents and updates to Charterers,Planning and ordering of bunkers in order to fulfill the voyage,In co-operation with Master and the position” Efficient Port Turnarounds and Change of Grade Operations”, planning and follow up of COG,Laytime calculations and preparation of demurrage statements,Verify and approve all commercial invoices.
