Oversee a 40,000 square foot oceanfront property for a high profile family. I manage two additional nearby properties. I am responsible for all the house systems including; HVAC, geothermal, plumbing, solar, security cameras to name a few. I maintain the household supplies. Plan and supervise renovation and maintenance projects during the fall and winter seasons. Manage two to six housekeepers depending on the time of year.

Sagaponack

I Arranged, set up and served breakfast to principals and guests in dining room. I assembled a tray for breakfast in bed for the principal. I was responsible for table settings for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I shopped daily for fresh fruit and ingredients for all meals and was responsible for some light cooking. I ran errands for principals and guests. I took care of the family dog. I drove the principals and family members to and from Sagaponack and Manhattan when the chauffeur was not available. I cleaned the outside of the home and set up outdoor furniture daily. I was responsible for high end vehicle care and maintenance. I had to make a schedule for cleaning crew when needed. When the cleaning crew was not working I was responsible for making beds and freshening rooms. I also maintained the property and executed handyman projects. I organized closets and storage areas, scheduled and dealt with vendors. Also I was responsible for party planning.

Southampton

I was a House Manager for a high profile family in South Hampton, NY. I worked closely with the Chef and Housekeeping staff as well as several vendors to ensure the household was kept to the highest standards. I assisted the Estate Manager with duties related to many of the other properties for other family members. I oversaw the safe and clean transport of several luxury vehicles to Florida for the winter and received them back in the summer. I worked with the staff in each home to implement a complete house inventory. I also oversaw renovation projects in all of the homes. As a tech savvy problem solver, I am able to fix much of what can malfunction throughout a home. There is no task too big or small and I do what is necessary to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner.. My strong organizational skills allow me to easily manage the daily tasks as well as being proactive in dealing with issues that can arise. I enjoy helping wherever I am needed, from assisting the chef during a dinner party or building a shed for extra storage.

Debbie Regan Locations is a location company, finding places for film, commercials and television productions. I worked in the office as well as performing house-manager duties. As an office assistant I dealt with film companies and property owners to find the perfect setting for a film shoot. As her house-manager I performed various repairs and renovations. I also supervised bigger projects. Additionally I ran numerous errands from grocery shopping to depositing money. As a jack-of-all-trades I am comfortable working in a home office setting and repairing a leaky faucet all in the same day.
