Our team drove a 92% increase over 2008 in the Entertainment category at Kmart.com and Sears.com.- In a declining category, introduced a line of value CDs that have scanned over 100,000 units since initial rollout in November 2008 and rank among the top 100 overall items at Kmart chain wide on a weekly basis (the Kmart top 100 typically contains less than 3 entertainment related products).

- Took command of the #5 national customer and increased sales to $250m per year and a #3 ranking. Borders National Account Representative for 3+ years. Successfully adapted to a fact based sales world to attain sales goals and reach profit objectives.Worked directly with Borders National Events Coordinator on all Universal in-store events and off-site sales.Using Borders systems access, instituted a custom check point procedure for tour coverage by coordinated communication with UMD field personnel and Borders store managers.Designed bi-weekly customized exclusive "tip sheet" for Borders buyers and Category Managers which was expanded to the District Marketing Managers around the country at Borders management's request.Developed template for Borders weekly first week market share analysis grid used by all major vendors (per request of Borders Senior VP/Multimedia).
