My focus during this time was on driving scalable growth of the organization to maximize our position for an exit. My role during this time was hyper-focused on achieving the financial and operational targets that ensured the optimal price for the manufacturing construction product business. I moved into the General Manager role to lead the daily operations as a part-owner of the geotextile manufacturing business.
