As a Fiberoptic Manufacturing Shift Lead, I am responsible for:• Lead a team of Fibert-optic Manufacturing Technicians as directed by management.• Assemble complex opto-mechanical fiberoptic systems.• Conduct optical/mechanical tests.• Record all test data accurately and determine pass/fail disposition per work instructions.• Assist the teams' daily operations• Maintaining the cleanroom and calibrated equipment.• Developing the necessary safety and work procedures.• Developing assembly methods.• Maintaining order • Maintaining Inventory.• Work with a cross-disciplinary team to improve our AM system design and performance• further.• Participate in and provide first-hand feedback on fiberoptic assembly design andintegration.

• Assemble, integrate, calibrate, and test mechanical, electrical and optical assemblies in semiconductor photolithography systems.• Alignment and calibration of automation systems.• Troubleshoot and test mechanical, electrical and optical sub-assemblies and final systems.• Work on equipment that has little or no documentation or training.• Work minimal supervision, providing both external and internal customers with products that meet defined quality standards and are delivered on schedule.• Able to mark-up and/or write procedures for use within the company when required.• Inspection and test of completed assemblies and systems.
