Goethe's Faust sparked my fascination with engineering in high school – his relentless pursuit of knowledge mirrored my own desire to understand the world and make it work better.Building a reputation for reliability and expertise is no accident. Years of hard work and dedication have earned me the trust of colleagues and clients. They know I'm always happy to share my knowledge and go the extra mile to see them succeed.Teamwork is the key to accomplishment. I'm proud of what we've achieved together, from developing and supporting sales teams across various markets to bringing innovative acoustic emission (AE) products to life. We've also pioneered permanent monitoring solutions for bridges and developed new AE applications for process monitoring.Failure? It's just another piece of the puzzle. Every unsuccessful experiment offers valuable feedback, a chance to learn and grow. In fact, I've learned more from these experiences than from pure success.Outside of work, I stay active and push my limits. Sports are a passion, whether it's the personal satisfaction of running, cycling, or strength training, or the camaraderie of team sports like football and volleyball.I'm a creative and collaborative thinker who thrives on new challenges.
