 Visa Procedure & Legal Documents Renewal ( Holding PRO card ) Insurance processing Preparing No Objection Certificates, Offer Letters, Termination Letter, Warning Letter. Conducting & coordinating overseas recruitment, on boarding. Prepare & maintain Employee files and records. Leave management which include annual leave, medical leave, emergency leave Orientation for new joiners Attendance & Timecard Management Fleet management which includes repair ,registration renewal, Fuel card management, Divers OT & Vehicle routing Office contract renewal Camp Administration which includes Contract renewal, facility management, Camp Occupancy records, & conducts inspection& meetings regarding the same on a regular basis. Airside pass processing for Airport project Manpower coordination including training & development for specific site Office stationery Flight and travel bookings for senior staff. Manage office parking allocations.

 Cash handling and billing in proper and systematic manner. Prepare daily statements of cash and other transactions. Maintain proper accounts of the firm. Handling cash and tax related activities and maintaining proper records for the same. Preparing proper business development channels Prepare reports and submit them to concerned management.

 Maintaining sound relationship and business with the clients. Developing new client list. Ensure that the clients are being educated properly about the market trend. Collecting different research reports and educating clients about it. Maintaining proper records of transactions. Educating the clients of new financial products and developing the business. Additional product selling (Mutual Fund & Insurance products) to customers
