Led a team of Engineers responsible to support multiple Enterprise Data Warehouses and Reporting applications for a high end US fashion retailer. Responsibilities included project initiation and planning, team set up, process definition & improvements, resource management, KPI reviews for Incident quality / response time and status reportingBuilt a research analytics platform which has the flexibility and scalability to perform research analytics on Customer data without impacting the operational capabilities. Played Technical specialist/lead role and was part of estimation, planning, design and data modelling, build and implementation of the project. Led the offshore Engineering team on the development of Customer specific data interfaces like Core customer, Clickstream, Customer contact History and Purchase History. Was involved in estimation, design, build and implementation.

Responsible for enhancing Customer Data Warehouse to support operational and tactical analysis on customer data. Design and build interfaces by integrating data from different customer data sources and building the data mart to support Marketing and Customer Insights. Extensively involved in creating contextual architecture, solution approaches, design and build, test, deployment and support.
