Welcome to my philosophy. I believe that football environments can be changed in favor of the player's development, in which the person is more important than the player. The person will then affect the player. I love the basic element in playing football – internal drive and joy. It must be preserved and developed, not taken away. I believe in that elite environment must be safe and that development is done best here. I believe that happy football players on and off the pitch performs better. I believe that the players will work harder and more motivated than they do today, if they feel accepted and with responsibility. I believe that in the development of creative, reflective and self-managing footballers we find top level!
