As a research and development technician I am responsible for aiding with product development projects, including working with other departments to determine the necessary product features, computing formulas, preparing test samples, and performing minor tests, communicating with customers to address changes to the scope of the project and resolving customer issues and suggesting changes to project requirements as needed.
