November 2016 to present City of Phoenix Phoenix, ArizonaParking Manager/Traffic Data Collection Manager• Brought revenues from 3.2 million to $4.6 million • Managed an RFP process and instituted a $40,000 pay-by-phone system for Phoenix.• Plan, organize, and direct the activities and operations of the Residential Parking Districts. Provide effective public education of the City’s parking regulations and policies to the public.• Work to manage a 10-year paring master plan with Economic Development and convention and Visitor Center. • Work with the Sustainability office to increase multimodal transit options and provide sustainable parking solutions for the city. (Scooter and Bike share) • Research issues and problems, develop and evaluate alternate solutions, make recommendations and advise the City pf Phoenix Street Department on policy and program development.• Serve as an ambassador representing the City of Phoenix and its parking programs to the Mayor and City council offices, other government agencies, citizens, property owners, Downtown Phoenix Partnership, service clubs, industry groups, Arizona State University, and other groups and local entities. • Work to create an Electric Vehicle Charging system for the city right of way.• Work with Phoenix Police Parking Enforcement to improve performance and eliminate roadblocks to better service. • Prepare and administer the annual operating budget.

• Design, implement, and monitor Bozeman’s parking enforcement program. This includes management and oversight of Parking Officers, performance measures, equipment maintenance, impound lot operations. Responsible for hiring program personnel and providing needed coaching and appropriate discipline. Ensure employee productivity and effective use of resources by coaching, mentoring, and training supervisory staff.• Plan, organize, and direct the activities and operations of the parking facilities and Residential Parking Districts. Respond to citizens’ questions and comments in a courteous and timely manner; provide effective public education of the City’s parking regulations and policies.• Research issues and problems, develop and evaluate alternate solutions, make recommendations and advise the Bozeman Parking Commission on policy and program development.• Serve as an ambassador representing the City of Bozeman and the Bozeman Parking Commission and its programs to Mayor and City Commission members, other government agencies, citizens, property owners, Downtown Bozeman Partnership, service clubs, industry groups, Montana State University and other groups and local entities. • Prepare and administer the annual operating budget.• Long range forecasting and planning for the City’s parking resources. Creating strategic plans to support the policies, goals and objectives of the program.• Oversee maintenance contracts, vendors and service providers as necessary.
