He has 20-plus years of increasingly more responsible managerial positions in the Southwest and Mountain States and enough engineering to be confusing in polite company. Thomas regularly consults in the parking community in the areas of new technologies and best practices. Thomas’s approach to Parking is that if done well, parking is hardly noticed. It should be easy to park. Thomas focuses on what we are doing, not what we think we are doing. This is the central thought to continually improve.
