Kildownet Utilities Ltd, A concrete and formwork contractor specialising in PERI and DOKA systems projects included the €36 million AVIVA Stadium (National Stadium in Ireland), residential and comercial projects concrete and formwork sub-contracts. I was a Quantity Surveyor with Kildownet involved in project tenders, tender negotiation, valuations and final accounts with subbies and clients. Since March 2008 I have worked on a consultancy contract with Kildownet negotiating problem final accounts and providing professional consultancy to the directors.

Coffey Construction Ltd, London England: Project Survey in charge of up to 9 civil engineering projects, roads, water-mains (700mm diameter from Stains to Chertsey - including two sleeved pipe rammed crossings of the Thames River £6.4 million contract), bridge reconstructions (4 number) and sewage treatment plant works - including expansion of Mogden Sewage treatment Plant, Twickenham the largest in London.

Sheamus Monahan & Partners: A professional Services Company providing Quantity Surveying and Project management Services to Clients.I was based on the then, largest shopping center development in Ireland at Blanchardstown Shopping Center shell & core €65 million for Green Properties Ltd. I worked under a Senior Surveyor on site from inception of project to completion in Oct 1996 and final accounts by Dec 1996. Together with the design team helping to bring the project in on time and under budget. I was involved in the concrete frame works at Croke Park (Largest stadium in Ireland) SISK were main contractors.
