I worked directly with the owner of the company to help design and incorporate new elements in there tiny home tear drop trailers. I used several CAD programs to help integrate and test the new designs as well as create renderings to help clients visualize the product.

I designed and built twelve 30' 10"x10" glulams. I then floated them underneath pier to where the old ones were. Next I jacked up the 30' sections and removed the old caps and slipped the new ones in, then lowered the floor and fastened the caps to the pilings and the joists. Show less
