As an individual, I believe in improving my existing skillset through deeper understanding of functions that I used to handle during my 4-year work experience. My short term goal is to make proper use of my stint in MBA College, and it's a network of talented peers, well-experienced faculties, academic resources, and rigorous curriculum to hone my soft skills. I continuously try to discover and refine my skillset so that I have the confidence and ability to think big.My long term goal is to make use of various knowledge I've gained in life and use it the right way for the greater good. I want to work across different functional areas and grow with the organisation to leadership roles where I could drive the company to achieve its objectives.
