I am currently living in North Yorkshire.I am an experienced Building Services Project Manager with extensive experience within the building services field, currently employed by Dalkia (previously SPIE). Filling a position of Project Design Manager, working on a Pharmaceutical Plant (circa £100m extension) for FujiFilm under the Main Contractor PM Group. Started as a temporary position for 6 months and 2.5 years later still here. Although the title is Design Manager get involved in many facets of the Project, from Cleanrooms, HVAC, Process and interfacing with the Client and the Client Suppliers. Prior to Dalkia it was Morrison Construction in Scotland and relocated to current location. Part of various construction teams working to completion on a number of schools in the East of Scotland and a large extension of a research facility for a major university in the west. Before Morrison, 3 years on an Energy from Waste and Biomass plants for Lagan Construction. Before Lagan nearly 10 years with Carillion working on a variety of projects. I am a proven team leader with excellent communication, presentation and motivational skills. Always looking for challenges, being kept busy, and take great delight in the achievement of handing a project to a delighted Client.
