Over forty years of estimating and field experience in all aspects of industrial construction, including piping, mechanical and civil with, a strong emphasis in electrical, instrumentation and control systems. Current estimating responsibilities include leading the development of all types of estimates from conceptual to lump sum, supporting other projects as required and serving as an Electrical & Control Systems Subject Matter Expert. Field experience is inclusive of both site office administrative duties and direct field management responsibilities. Field experience consists of direct supervision of field construction from the foreman to superintendent level, cost reporting, tracking field progress and productivity, basic scheduling, material takeoff, material procurement and management, third party construction equipment and subcontract administration, document control, discrepancy control, change management, cost forecasts, and invoicing. Estimating programs utilized include Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (CCE) and RIB. Also skilled in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
