Tom recently joined Columbia Consulting Group (CCG), bringing more than 35 years of experience in the financial sector. both as an executive recruiter and an investment manager. This includes his in-depth knowledge of the market, as well as his ability to build strong and trusted client relationships.

Tom has been actively involved in investment management and commodities brokerage since 2003. Tom provides investment and strategic advice, as well as marketing and strategy support to third-party consulting clients. Since joining Arque, Tom has provided investment management to hundreds of clients, approaching each client with a unique perspective based on their long-term investment strategies. Tom built relationships with unions and local municipal employees benefit funds, and was chosen to guest speak at the 2015 Florida Public Pension Trustees Association. Tom joined Arque Advisors as a Senior Vice President in 2010.

Tom held various positions during this period. Prior to Arque Advisors, he was with Euro-Pacific Capital. And prior to that, he was employed by Coordinated Capital Securities in Florida and also owned and operated a commodities brokerage firm.

Tom began his career as an executive recruiter. He founded and served as President of Tomljanovic & Company, a New York-based management recruiting firm focused on filling highly visible accounting and financial leadership roles at leading, global financial institutions. Serving Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, he recruited quality candidates for his clients in New York City and the surrounding metro areas, as well as internationally. The firm’s success was largely due to Tom’s innate ability to find the perfect match between both the clients’ and candidates’ needs to ensure the long-term success of both.
