Privately held Training and Firearm sales company.Sales and Marketing focused on Federal and Commercial sales and training. Directly responsible for all Training, Sales and Marketing efforts. Responsible for the design and implementation of the website www.nvtactical.com which generates 90% of all revenue.Built the foundation for all training programs that have educated more than 1000 students with a 30% return ratio.

My role was the strategic planning of the LE and Commercial product lines. Overseeing the product division and driving market research and collaboration with sales and marketing to develop products that are exciting and feature packed. This includes variants of current military products and developing commercial variants to meet the constantly evolving consumer and Law enforcement markets. Products that have been successfully launched under my guidance include; SCAR 16S, SCAR 17S, SLP Tactical, SC-1 (over/under), SPR TBM, FNP-45 Tactical, P-12 (pump shotgun), FNS series of pistols, FNX-45 and FNX-45 Tactical.Additional responsibilities:• Responsible for the creation, documentation, status communication, testing, and initial deployment of developing products prior to market launch. • Maintain and extend product lifetimes by introducing marketable variations, monitoring quality and industry perception, and planning for the evolution of product and technology advancement. • Collaborating with all stakeholders, including sales representatives, customers, industry professionals, manufacturing, and management to identify new products and enhancements that will both meet future commercial and law enforcement market demands and lead the firearms industry in quality, reliability, and innovation.• Owning the coordination of new product and enhancement development, from concept through market introduction, including specifications, documentation, business case development, scheduling, and product launch planning. • Educating sales and marketing staff on product features, benefits, and advantages to help reinforce products’ perceived value in the marketplace.• Understanding and incorporating the legal, regulatory, and market trends impacting firearms and ammunition manufacturing, logistics, pricing, and sales. • Acting as the primary communication channel among engineering, research and development, and sales.

As the General Manager I was responsible for the entire daily operations, including retail sales, Law Enforcement sales, Internet sales, inventory management, gunsmith repairs, customer relations, employee relations, inventory management, purchasing, receiving, scheduling, tracking and detailed record keeping.
