I assist individuals in transitioning through challenging life events. These might include loss of a loved one, relationship struggles, job or career changes, or the desire to improve life circumstances. Many years of personal experience have taught me that we all have the ability to navigate through the challenges that come our way. My passion is for helping others discover and embark on their journey to a more meaningful life.

Assist individuals to recover from homelessness by obtaining permanent housing, improving mental and physical health, recovering economic stability, and re-establishing sustainable connections with their communties.

I interned in a drop out prevention program at a middle school in a predominantly Hispanic, economically disadvantaged community. I served 6th, 7th, and 8th graders by assisting them in developing strength based goals and providing them with genuine respect from an adult. I also adapted and facilitated an anger management group to help kids develop alternative ways for dealing with frustrating emotions.

I served first as an Intake Specialist and then as a Case Management Intern. I also assisted in the facilitation of a group called "One Step Closer to Change" at the Prospects Courtyard facility.

Co-founded Image Source a full service visual communications and video production company. Prepared and presented business plans to secure funding. Design and built facilities. Produced, directed and edited projects. Adopted new technologies such as non-linear editing, DVD authoring, and webcasting. Engineered equipment for documentary crew filming in the Middle East during Gulf War.

Responsible for corporate communications and marketing. Assisted in developing media strategies for promoting a newly published book "Kingdomality: An Ingenious New Way to Triumph in Management" and the Kingdomality workshop series. Wrote articles for HR industry publications. Contacted potential clients for career transition services.

Collaborated with management in the development of a new training department. Designed media production capabilities for million dollar per year production requirement. Re-designed staffing to contractor based operation when sudden freeze prevented in-house hiring. Supervised in-house staff and contractors, providing leadership and direction. Represented staff in performance review and salary administration activities with other managers. Also facilitated management and contractor supervision training courses. Facilitated Positive Negotiation workshops.

Responsible for design and maintenance of campus radio and television stations in support of Radio-Television-Film curriculum. Specification and procurement of equipment, supplies, and services.
