Developed models adopted by the Royal Commission to forecast employment, population and housing characteristics and infrastructure programming. Revised commercial development strategy for Jubail as a charter member of the Director General’s Land and Facilities Committee.Assigned to promote and coordinate activities designed to develop mutually beneficial relationships between industrial developers and the Royal Commission.
