I bring with me, 10 plus years of hands on experience in task managing for teams of 10-50 people and a drive to find and improve process flow. I have an individual focused style that allows me to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with clients and peers alike.I began as a part time employee of Mervyn's, in the shoe department to becoming full time department supervisor. I continued my career in retail supervision with roles as department/team leaders with both Home Depot and Target before I left retail to gain additional experience with technical support in the world of hemodialysis, gaining valuable experience working with and troubleshooting chairside machines, but also experience working with billing and purchase orders with the unit administrator.Once my department was absolved, I found myself back in a retail based business gaining experience working in the behind the scenes, e-commerce side of the customer experience.I have been instrumental in assisting with onboarding new hires to seeking out developmental opportunities for my teams, as well as overseeing successful implementation of new work flow processes to benefit the end user and continue to be a key player in advocating for open and effective communication between the client and organization.Please don't hesitate to invite.
