We are a Home Inspection company, formerly THI Trimmer Home Inspections that was based in Middletown, PA 17057 for 16 years and is now Trimmer Home and Environmental Inspections based in Port Charlotte, Florida. We are currently doing a full line of home inspection that may be required by your insurance company. Thomas Trimmer (Owner) is still a Member of Pennsylvania Septic Management, On the Board of Directors, Education Committee, (Instructor of Advanced Septic Systems), and Septic Inspector while still working on my septic certification for Florida through DEP/DOH. Thomas Trimmer will still be an instructor with PSMA and will follow through with his 3 year term until a permanent office location can be obtained in PA. We are currently doing Home Inspections, Commercial Inspections, Sewer Drain Scope Inspections, Wind Mitigation Inspections, 4 Point Inspections, and Pool Inspection servicing South West Florida. (Tampa to Naples) We are fully Certified and Insured to service our clients inspection needs, as we did for the past 16 years in PA, to offer a detailed/written report that will advise our clients of property defects to ASHI Standards of Practice.
