I also provided support in tracking various data sets, from BRC accreditation to SEDEX (Ethical audit) data along with collating and analysing customer complaint data. I also provided technical support for various areas due to a vacancies within teams. These areas having included ambient sauces, dried cereals, home baking and frozen ready meals. I represented the student voice at a staff/student committee by making students aware of any upcoming meetings and gathered any feedback on the course. I then passed on the conclusions of the meeting to the students.I also sat on the Student Education Committee which dealt with issues with modules including improving the way they are taught and introducing new modules.

Main responsibilities include:Developing Flavour profile of the new product.Examining ways in which a decent shelf life can be achieved without artificial preservatives. Detailing a manufacturing brief.

Maintaining store departments, mainly shoe department.Front line assistant, serving customers.Ensuring daily deliveries are sorted and stocked into store flow.
