Fryer Operator
CurrentAs a Fryer Operator I am responsible for operating and maintaining frying equipment to cook food products, my primary duties include:1. Operating and monitoring frying equipment, conveyor fryers, unloading oil trucks to the correct designated tanks as well as loading used oil to a used oil truck2. Preparing and cooking food products according to recipes, specifications, and quality standards.3. Maintaining proper oil temperatures, frying times, and food handling procedures.4. Ensuring food safety (Good ManufacturingPractices) and sanitation practices are followed.5. Monitoring and controlling food quality, texture, and appearance.6. Cleaning and maintaining equipment during operational days/cleanups, including filtering and replacing oil.7. Following production schedules and meeting targets
