Mama Tangs Asian Vinaigrette Dressing and Marinade is my family's recipe that we just launched with HEB. For two weeks during the Hurricane IKE in 2008, five families took shelter in the only house that has electricity; gathering around the table for comfort and community. When Mama Tang (my Mother-in-law) served us her signature gourmet dressing, we decided to share it with the world. The sauce can be used as a salad dressing, dipping sauce sushi/dumplings, or as a meat and seafood marinade.
