- Engineering Manager- Establish and manage all aspects of the engineering department. Inclusive but not limited to, scheduling designs and production, staffing, team building, performance and salary reviews, establishing and maintaining department standards, software & computer selection and maintenance.- Sr. Engineer- Responsible for all designs and their integrity and compliance to specifications. Lead, train, and mentor other engineers, coordinate flow and data from engineering to production, over see purchase components delivery for production timing.

- Project Engineer - Managed and develop complex electromechanical Broadband radio systems. Established cost, projected design and manufacturing time lines as well as manpower planning and scheduling. Negotiated with domestic & international customers and suppliers- Sr. Electro-Mechanical Design Engineering - Developed products and process for Broadband radio systems. Conducted thermal, stress, vibration, and environmental studies on products and prototypes. Evaluation for procurement of optical & thermal inspection equipment, rapid prototyping, desk top CNC, and laser cutting equipment.

- Project Engineer - Contract development and compliance and conducted “FMEA” on products for all business markets. Developed products, processes, and test plans that would ensure product compliance with contract requirements. Established and managed the rapid prototype lab.- Sr. Design Engineer - Developed designs for plastic injected, cast, machined, and thermal set molded parts and assemblies. Direct involvement in concept development thru final production product and process prove out.

- Design Engineer - Developed layout packaging for numerous aircraft environmental control systems. Extensive use of 3D CATIA for designs. Supervised detail draftsman, instructed draftsman in creating drawings from design layouts.- Manufacturing Engineer - Generated tooling and fixture designs and prepared operation sheets to aid manufacturing. Supervised tool manufacturing.- CAD Design Draftsman - Prepared layouts, details, assembly drawings, and complex tolerance studies.
