My responsibilities were in the area of disaster recovery and public infrastructure development. In the after math of Typhoon Sudal,I was reassigned to this job to administered recovery projects for the FEMA Public Assistance Program. I coordinated administrative efforts between US Region 9, the FSM National Emergency Management Office,state agencies and local communities in implementing of public infrastructure recovery projects.

My responsibilities were in the areas of infrastructure development, economic development and emergency management. I coordinated policy, budgets, and implementation of public infrastructure projects, for programs of the public sector, i.e. capital improvement program, congressional social development allocations, and FEMA Public Assistance and Hazard Mitigation programs.I took part in the collaborative response and recovery efforts after major disasters as Incident Commander for federal and state task forces.

I served for six years in combat aviation regiments of the 25th Light Infantry Division and the 10th Mountain Light Infantry Division. My duties include performing aircraft "pneudralic" systems, often calibrating servo-valves, rebuilding struts and brakes caliper assemblies, and repairing hydraulic lines. In field tactical, I was machine gunner for my platoon. I was honorably discharged with various medals and awards.

My responsibilities were in the areas of social work,human resource development, fundraising and programs management. My office provided programs for high school drop-outs, displaced or problem youth, as well as promote youth organizational activities. We implemented projects involving vocational training/ recruitment, recreation and sports, as well as coordinated a referral network for problem youth and juvenile delinquents.
