On-site consultant on behalf of Alten Ltd.International Volunteer (V.I.E)Product engineer responsible for the chain drive assemblies for the 6 and 4-cylinder engines in line, petrol and diesel, for the 2 brands of the company (Jaguar and Land Rover)In charge of the development of the parts from the technical concepts of the prototype phase to the final products for the production.Validation of the feasibility and design of the parts with a series of tests to validate the design at each stage of the project while identifying and managing all potential problems to meet the targets of time, cost, quality, technical specifications etc.- Project management: meet each target (quality, cost, etc.) according to the design programme.- Supplier management: who owns the design concept and deliver parts for internal testing.- Problem-solving: using the 8D method to solve issues and find a solution to any problem that appears during the parts validation process (integrity, potential failure, built, manufacturing, etc.)- Product development, validation and release of the final design after completion of the relevant tests.- Experience process improving.- Using Jaguar Land Rover's internal tools:WERS (release)ENOVIA (AIM / problem following)GPIRS (parts delivery)RMDV (testing report as design validation evidence)CCDS (APQP phases to follow the progress of the project, on time).Notice: the picture shown in the description was found online and isn't exactly the components I was working on.
