I am currently working as an assistant project manager on a large developement project that will change the South end of Stamford, CT. We are in the process of building over a dozen buildings ranging from 30 story apartment buildings to 6 story office buildings and possibly multiple condo buildings in the future.

I was a superintendent on two apartment building projects from the ground up. One was a $150 million 24 story building with 392 apartments and the other was a $290 million 43 story two tower building with 835 apartments.43 Story Building responsiblities* In charge of redesigning and constructing the laundry rooms for each tower* Responsible for the delivery and installation of all the door hardware on the project* Responsible for addressing all DOB, DOT and FDNY violations, dismissed over $20,000 in fines* Monitor subcontractor activities and make sure they comply with the contract specifications24 Story Building Responsiblities* Redesigned a run of kitchens to address field conditions and better use available space* Designed the ceilings in every apartment because of incomplete architectural drawings* In charge of tracking the daily activities of up to 300 tradesmen from all the subcontractors* Responsible for the delivery and installation of all the door hardware on the project* Completed the punch list process and turned over spaces to the building management team

I was a project engineer on one of the largest airport terminal projects in the country building a new Terminal for American Airlines at JFK airport.
