Responsibility for majority of steps involved in filling prescriptions, including data entry of incoming prescriptions, processing of claims to insurance, communication with provider offices and patients regarding any issues in regards to prescriptions, ensuring accuracy of the prescription when being filled, and interacting with patients and handling their transactions with they come to pick up. Also responsible for placing orders for any medication or supply that is currently out of stock, in-store training of new hires, assisting coworkers in obscure system-related scenarios, assigning hour-by-hour responsibilities, and assisting the pharmacy team leader in overall scheduling for future weeks.

Responsible for MVRS system, including sorting raw route segments into assignments for Field Specialists, assigning routing to handheld devices in various service locations, and ensuring work is properly uploaded to billing at the conclusion of a work day.Responsible for arranging appointments with customers and access to locations as needed.Responsible for assisting Field Specialists by providing up-to-date database information and assisting in ascertaining address locations.

Responsible for reading and recording meter registration of all assigned meters on a specified work route. Drives Company vehicle as required in performance of duties.Perform onsite verification functions for remote disconnection of meters, including monitoring, reporting and completion of appropriate orders and paperwork.Observes and reports unusual conditions regarding meters and service including damage, irregularities, tampering and diversion of service.Seeks to determine best method of obtaining readings on non-functioning meters or hard to access locations. Recommends appropriate actions to assure consistent billing reads are obtained.Prior to leaving the office assures that all equipment is properly prepared and all necessary supplies for route are on hand including keys and seals. Assures all supplies and equipment are returned and properly stored at the end of the workday.Performs other work related to the above as assigned or required including duties of lower rated classification of Field Representative.
