I have been promoted to senior software engineer this year. Guiding a team to develop the new product is my additional responsibility after promoted. I would give more technical comments on product design phase and share my experience and ideas to my team, brainstorm and workout the problems together.I also develop a share coding library which likes a framework, my colleagues can quick reference or even direct use the framework that I build rather than build by themselves when they need to use, others can also put the tools and share on the platform after they built. This share library improve the efficiency of product development and it is producing values in my company.

Laxino provides gaming solutions to the dynamic Asian gaming market. I am responsible for transform and modeling the business idea to IT architecture and implement the solution.In detail of my job role, I analysis business requirement, generalize and provide IT solutions and compose them into a technical document such as UML, Data model etc. After development period, I provide technical support for the product test period and regular update after product on sale.

I have been an intern at this company for 1 year.I design and implement a web base system which for student enroll classes of company.Who use the system is company staff and there is an old version already exist.I used JAVA to develop the web application, migrated old data to new system, coordinate the user acceptance test, deploy and maintain the system.
