CurrentProduction, technical, and design leadership at digital product studio: - Define and articulate vision for creative, brand, content, and technical strategy in alignment with business goals, functional/technical requirements, budget and timeline parameters, and user needs. - Understand, represent and advocate for client through all project phases. - Lead internal and client workshops, presentations, demos, training and communication. - Lead production for internal cross-functional teams and in partnership with design agency partners in WordPress, Drupal, Webflow and custom software. Translate design into development specifications in collaboration with developers. - Define and improve processes from project inception to release, post-launch, and debrief. - Coach junior designers and project managers. Give art direction, review, and feedback.End-to-end digital product design (UX/UI) and creative direction: - Content strategy and management, modeling, information architecture, SEO planning, and governance: Audits, planning, checklists, writing and editing in Google Suite, GatherContent. - High- and low-fidelity product design: Wireframing, prototyping, design systems in Figma. Brand development and activation in Adobe Cloud. - Conduct QA/testing, and ensure WCAG accessibility compliance with WebAim, WAVE.Sales: Proposals (research, writing, and meetings), statements of work, presentations, client qualification/discovery, scoping and estimates.
