Joined the Royal Navy in January 2006.Experience working in high tempo and stressful situations as an individual, part of a team and as a manager. Within these roles I have been responsible for the provision Primary Healthcare, Pre Hospital Care and now more recently Training for Medical staff deploying to units. I have completed various Command Leadership and Management courses and achieved a level 5 certificate from the CMI for Leadership and Management. I am looking for potential employment outside of the Military. I have thoroughly enjoyed my military career however looking for a different challenge not specifically within the Medical field. Throughout my career I have developed a wealth of skills in management and team cohesion that would be transferable to other fields.
