A driving force in setting up the chemical tanker management for Synergy group.The faith reposed by the top management to lead the team for mapping and developing the chemical tanker training module to the industry standards was successfully carried out satisfying the requirements of the stakeholders . Regular review and updates to upkeep the training requirements considering the challenges noted with the chemical tanker industry . An interface to our clients ,commercial operators and Oil Majors in building the chemical tanker fleet for the group. Instrumental in building up the chemical tanker fleet by getting actively involved in the business at various aspects .Managed to incept tankers from major chemical tanker player in the industry .Working as an interface for our major clients to handle the commercial aspects ,representing on behalf of them when dealing with charterers to prepare TC agreement for the new chemical tankers delivered from yard.Actively involved in preliminary discussion with yard during the new building stage of chemical tanker to ensure that the specification suits the requirement of the stakeholders.

•Daily monitoring of the vessel operations and assisting the vessel with chemical /Oil operation related matter.Has been supervising and giving required instruction to Vessel while carrying critical cargoes like Phenol, TDI,MDI,Acrylonitrile.This has been safely loaded, discharged and tankcleaned. •Co-ordinating with the vessels in safety, navigation, operations, environmental matters. •Attends vessels to conduct pre-vetting inspections or vetting assistance as required. •Monitor the deficiencies and non-conformities and ensuring the close out of the observations through coordination with Technical department•Response & Up-load operator’s corrective & preventive actions to PSC / Oil major Inspection Observations. •Has been a lead Investigator to carry out the Investigation for the incidents which has occurred in the Fleet Vessel.•Conduct Internal ISM, ISPS audit on board vessel. •Ensure all vessel information questionnaires, as required by principals, are maintained up to date at all times, including all certification and vetting status updates.•Conduct onboard navigation audits as per company guidelines, preferably during a short voyage. •Looking after the operations of chemical/Oil tankers, especially the tank cleaning, stowage including all commercial aspects as required•Dealing directly with the Charterers on any operational issues observed on board the vessel•Dealing with Oil Majors with regard to vetting clearance of the vessel.•Visiting the Inhouse training institutes to review the Chemical Tanker course and provide suggestion to improvise. •Attending the Technical matters as and when required in the absence of the Technical Superintendent
