Global Project Manager
Current- Managed large and small projects involving implementation of various telecommunication products and services such as: voice services, complex data products, local service implementation and telecommunications equipment.
- Develop, present and maintain Project Plans / Project Charter
- Create the project timeline and then proactively manage the customer and internal Verizon Business milestones to meet the determined timeline
- Serve as the single point of contact for the customer and acts as the customer advocate within Verizon Business
- Chair weekly status calls for internal and external customers for thorough communications to all responsible parties
- Maintain relationships with the customer, vendors and internal teams in order to meet the project goals and objectives
