Responsible for the main mechanical activities related to disassembly, reassembly located in the main building of Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels - 45 people working in two shifts.Responsible for all engine test activities of Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussles as well as full facility management of the test site - up to 20 highly flexible people (organisation up to 3 shifts + week-end if need be)

• General management of the test bench facility: up to 20 highly flexible people (organisation up to 3 shifts + week-end if need be) • Business plan development and follow-up: budgets definitions, costs control, purchasing...• Personnel management: recruitment, training, development plans …• Contacts with union representatives.• Responsible for all quality aspects of the test bench, including customer’s and national authorities audits• Responsible of safety and security• Responsible for the productivity of the Test Bench• Build-up of synergies in the Test Bench Network of Safran (France & Belgium)

• Planning management of the MRO workshop including priorities setting of all the different workflows – Mechanics, inspectors, supply chain, purchasing, …• Active role in the company activities through participation in the SAESB steering committee • Definition of priorities through participation to Master Commercial Plan meetings (Safran group level)• Active role in the coordination of the workload with the other MRO shops of Safran Aircraft Engines / Safran• Reporting to group level regarding workshop efficiency (load capacity & financial forecast)• Active role in reorganization of workshop practices reorganisation both at SAESB & at Safran Group level• Active support to various continuous improvement projects – involving change management

• 20 projects & up to 7 in parallel – direct contact with Engines OEM• International multiple projects management – worldwide (US, EU, Asia)• Management of projects with budgets up to €25M and team up to 15 people• Full responsibility of all aspects of the projects (technical, quality, planning, budgets and margins, logistics, purchasing, …) & reporting to C level

• International (all over Europre) project management and development: determination of human and material resources, budget, planning, industrial production involving subcontractors’ management.• Management of multidisciplinary international project teams (up to 8 people)• Management budgets up to € 2M invest + €2.5M yearly turnover.• Project/program follow up in terms of EBIT, turnover and margin. Direct reporting to the belgian management as well as to head of SIKA Automotive Europe• Professional activities in Belgium, France, Spain, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland and Great Britain.• Management of the connexions between the inter-department team (Quality, after sales, development, production...) of SIKA and the corresponding departments of the customers and the suppliers. • Customers: PSA (Peugeot and Citroën), Opel, Mercedes, Ford, Jaguar, Volvo
