USA Swimming is the National Governing Body for the sport of swimming. We administer competitive swimming in accordance with the Olympic & Amateur Sports Act. We provide programs and services for our members, supporters, affiliates and the interested public. We value these members of the swimming community, and the staff and volunteers who serve them. Operations

Company commander for Drill Sergeant IET unit. Provides leadership and direction to subordinates in executing mobilization, basic training, administration, and logistical support in line with the unit Mission Essential Task List and the current Initial Entry Training Program of Instruction. Responsible to the Battalion Commander for Company mission accomplishment. Ensures that cadre are qualified and prepared to conduct effective, professional, and technically correct training. Responsible for the recruiting, training qualifying and retaining of unit Soldiers. Provides guidance and direction developing junior officers and non-commissioned officers. Enforces the standards of the Army Weight Control and Physical Fitness Programs. Ensures that safety is a primary consideration in all unit activities. Conducts Annual Training and other missions as directed.

Served as an Executive Officer in a Drill Sargent Company, responsible for the execution of the commander's intent and policy's. Supervised personnel for the completion of ranges, unit SRP, reporting unit metrics to BN, and supporting the DSCP. Enforces technical, tactical, safety,training standards and unit mission accomplishment.

Fort Carson, Co

Served as a Platoon Leader in a Petroleum Supply Company, responsible for the discipline, accountability, and development of 56 Soldiers ; supervises personnel readiness, maintenance, and utilization of four M9670 trailers with tractors, four Load Handling Systems, one Fuel System Supply Point (FSSP), and additional equipment valued in excess over 1.25 million dollars; ensures daily and monthly logs are completed properly along with fuel quality testing; enforces technical, tactical, safety, training standards and unit mission accomplishments.
