As a solution lead I am designing and crafting technological approaches that involved complete organizational transformations. From discovery to implementation I am responsible for every part of a project.Project Scopes Involve: - NPSP Setup and Configuration - Data Migrations from systems including Raiser's Edge, Bloomerang and homegrown Access databases - Significant Automation Work including Flows, Rollups, HTTP Call Outs

Serve as a lead consultant on multiple external and some internal projects. Use my technology acumen to collaborate with team members to evaluate, define, research, architect, build and deliver recommend solutions to clients ranging from small nonprofit to enterprise sized clients across the world.

Develop and implement a strategic annual development plan to raise $2.5 Million and oversee development operations for a team of five.

● Assess how AFC is currently using Salesforce and other related applications.● Make recommendations for optimization of Salesforce, related applications and integrationbetween them.● Assist AFC staff, and work closely with the Evaluation Facilitator in the implementation ofevaluation, data collection and other data related activities.● Create any tools or customized forms for AFC as it relates to program data, fundraising orcommunications.● Train AFC staff and/or youth on salesforce, evaluation, fundraising, etc.● Support the development team through grant writing, Salesforce data entry, clean-up, donoracknowledgements and execution of daily development tasks.● Complete other related activities to marketing, communications, development, evaluation andother technology related areas.

I am providing Salesforce support to the Community Food and Agriculture Coalition. My responsibilities include:- Developing CFAC's internal capacity to utilize Salesforce- Create custom objects to help the organization meet grant deliverables.- Data Management- Documentation- Create Reports and Dashboards for staff membersThis is currently a two month contract providing service on a part time basis.

Managing fundraising strategy focusing on foundations and individual donors to reach annual fundraising goals of $500,000.
