From 2011 to 2021 I severed in the military as a hospital corpsman third class and a petty officer third class. I Mentored and supervised 462 personnel within unit, providing positive guidance for professional and personal development. Trained 56 junior officers to advanced positions. Supervised logistical functions to support battalion of 5763 . Collaborated with team of 15 in the development of new procedures in combat casualty care. I was Awarded the Navy marine corps accommodation Medal x2, Good conduct ribbon x3, Expert rifle marksmanship, Expert pistol marksmanship, Global War on Terrorism Medal, Overseas deployment ribbon, Joint operations Medal. When I separated from the military I took on the covid screener position as I completed school. When the Covid screener position was no longer available I went to TD to become a teller. Learned about customer's financial needs, established trust, and optimized sales opportunities resulting in quality customer service. Answered telephone inquiries on checking and savings accounts, loans, and lines of credit. Audited fellow teller currency to contribute to dual-control procedures. Built and strengthened customer relationships by leveraging excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Sold and cross-sold bank products to new and existing customers. Assisted with training of new tellers on policies and procedures. Maintained in-depth knowledge of bank products and services to provide appropriate recommendations to customers.
