Senior Project Manager
CurrentAs a squad leader, Senior project manager manages a multidisciplinary portfolio delivery team, contributes to pharma customer project implementation.Main Responsibilities• Senior Project manager as such, manage time, scope, risk, human resources, cost, procurement, integration, communication.• Directly supervise (coach, train, evaluate and support) a multidisciplinary team , and report about this management to the Head of Operation with a Tribe lead role. Review and approve additions to the squad portfolio of studies and programs.• Report to the Head of Operations on the status of the portfolio of studies managed by his team (milestones, forecasts, revenues, risks, needs, etc.), establish priorities, remove impediments and resolve conflicts.• Responsible of working in accordance of PM good practices, ensure applicable procedures are followed. Discuss optimization, training and discrepancies management of the discipline with PM Chapter lead.• Review and approve request for side activities in his squad (business support: bid defenses, feasability analyses, …)• Act as program manager for dedicated customer.• SAP Enterprise Resource Planning key user.Supervisory Responsabilities:• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
