Since 2007 I work with the T24-software - first for 10 years world wide as trainer directly at Temenos and since 2017 at the software company "Syncordis" in LuxembourgCurrently I work as training manager who will create a training department. In addition I deliver T24 trainings internally for Syncordis and also externally for clients worldwide. I have a huge knowledge of the business modules in T24 and I am certified at Temenos as „Innovator“One part of my work is to support the „Bank internationale a Luxembourg“ (BIL) for the conduction of their training program because of the complex software change realised in the CBS project Until November 2021 I was engaged at BIL directly in the "CBS" project. One part is the implementation the T24 software mainly for retail banking, private banking and treasury.I was the stream lead for liabilities - so I did a huge part of the implementation of the T24 modules for accounts (AC and AA), deposits, safe deposit boxes and bundles Before that I've worked for 10 years for the software company Temenos in the branch Luxembourg. Temenos is producing the banking software T24, which covers all areas of banking. Within this time years I've worked as software trainer all around the world. I was per year 300 days on travel and delivered my trainings always in English. Besides this I was also engaged in consultancy as well as in the planning and the development of new concepts of trainings. In this time I gained a sound knowledge in nearly all business modules of T24. I have also a good knowledge of the underlying banking business. Before this I worked for the German software company BSP Partners. There I was the head of the documentation department. I created for them the whole concept for the documentation, wrote 90 % of it by myself and wrote the intranet site for this.Regards
